Cava Cocktails For Brunch

Brunch with your besties deserves the best bubbles in the best kind of ways.

Classic Mimosa

Simply add the ingredients in a sparkling wine glass and top with an orange slice. Best served chilled.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 ½ ounces Campo Viejo Brut Reserva
  • 1 ½ ounces fresh orange juice
  • Orange slice

 

Rose Cocktail

To make the sugar water bring the water, sugar and lemon zest to boil in a small saucepan. Stir to dissolve the sugar and continue to boil for 5 minutes. Transfer to a glass bowl, add juices and then leave to cool completely. Once cold pour a small amount of the sugar water and juice into the bottom of each sparkling wine glass and top with the Cava Rosé and garnish with fruit.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ¼ cups water
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 strips of lemon zest
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Campo Viejo Cava Brut Rosé (chilled)

 

Grapefruit Mimosa

Simply add the ingredients in a sparkling wine glass and top with the grapefruit slice. You can also add raspberries or strawberries for a sweet and colourful addition. Best served chilled.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 ½ ounces Campo Viejo Brut Reserva
  • 1 ½ ounces fresh grapefruit juice
  • Grapefruit slice
